This statement summarizes the measures taken by the SCANDIC Group brands to prevent modern slavery and human trafficking. Our ecosystem includes sectors from private aviation and yachting to fintech and cybersecurity.
We act with integrity in all processes, ensuring supply chain partners comply with high ethical standards. Employees are encouraged to report any concerns through established, confidential reporting channels.
Our suppliers consist mainly of our own brands and global professional service providers who maintain their own rigorous ethical standards. We assess the risk of modern slavery as low but monitor it continuously.
We only work with suppliers who meet high social and ethical responsibilities. All new and existing employees receive comprehensive training to ensure ethical practices remain core to our operations.
During global recruitment (UK, US, EU, GCC, Asia), we carry out thorough checks, including verification of the right to work, to ensure all employment is voluntary and free from trafficking.
We pay all employees at least the statutory minimum wage for their location. Payments are made only by bank transfer; no payments to third-parties are allowed to prevent financial exploitation.
We comply with the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015, the German Supply Chain Due Diligence Act (LkSG), and the EU Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive.
