SCANDIC ASSETS FZCO, LEGIER Limited Liability Company and SCANDIC TRUST GROUP LLC act as non-operational service providers. All operational activities are carried out by SCANDIC FINANCE GROUP LIMITED, Hong Kong, SAR-PRC.

The DSA (EU Regulation 2022/2065) creates a safe online space by protecting the fundamental rights of users. SCANDIC commits to these regulations legally for EU users and voluntarily as a global minimum standard for all other users.

This policy covers intermediary services, caching, hosting, and online marketplaces operated by SCANDIC. It applies to all management, employees, and service providers globally, with express jurisdiction in Hong Kong.

Hosting Service: Storage of user-provided information, such as accounts, posts, and files.

Online Platform: A hosting service that makes information available to the public, such as forums or marketplace sections.

Illegal Content: Information infringing EU or Member State laws, including criminal, defamatory, or rights-infringing material.

Note: Communication is only possible in English.

We provide user-friendly mechanisms to report illegal content. Each report is reviewed promptly and objectively. We inform the reporting person of our decision and any actions taken (e.g., removal or blocking).

Users affected by moderation decisions can lodge an internal complaint free of charge within six months. Complaints are reviewed by trained staff not involved in the original decision.

SCANDIC publishes annual transparency reports detailing authority requests, moderation statistics, used automated systems, and the outcomes of internal complaint procedures.

For marketplace services, we verify the identity of traders before they start selling. We conduct spot checks to ensure information remains accurate and that businesses comply with consumer protection laws.
