Service Delivery

Ensuring quality across financial, aviation, shipping, and medical services.

Suppliers must comply with all local and international human rights and environmental laws. Our contracts include binding clauses against forced labor, child labor, and cybercrime, with explicit rights to conduct audits and inspections.

We operate a group-wide risk management system that identifies and mitigates risks across all regions. This includes compliance with conflict mineral regulations, deforestation-free supply chains, and digital operational resilience (DORA).

Our digital twin architecture enables event-driven processing and semantic data modeling. We monitor key figures such as settlement times, security incidents, and energy consumption to ensure performance and transparency.

Phase 1 (Basic): Inventory of supply chains and initial digital twin setup.

Phase 2 (Scaling): Unified identity management and forecasting models.

Phase 3 (Advanced): Automated response control and external sustainability audits.
