
The SCANDIC GROUP is an international brand association founded by the SCANDIC ASSETS FZCO (Dubai Silicon Oasis DDP, United Arab Emirates) represented as a holding company and operated operationally by SCANDIC TRUST GROUP LLC (Kyiv, Ukraine). In cooperation with the Legier Beteiligungs mbH Based in Berlin, a wide range of services are offered under the brand “SCANDIC by LEGIER” - from media and digital to payments, crowdfunding and real estate to financial trading, mobility, aviation, yachting, healthcare and security solutions. SCANDIC ASSETS FZCO and Legier Beteiligungs mbH act as non-operational service providers; all operational activities of the SCANDIC GROUP are carried out by the SCANDIC TRUST GROUP TOV (LLC) executed. The SCANDIC GROUP has a clear management structure. Strategic decisions are made by the management of Legier Beteiligungs mbH; operational management and control lies with the division managers of the individual brands. A supervisory board monitors the management and advises on key issues. Independent functions such as auditing, risk management, data protection, compliance and IT security ensure that legal requirements are adhered to and risks are identified at an early stage. Compensation systems are transparent and geared towards long-term success.
We are guided by the German Corporate Governance Code and international standards. These include: transparency in reporting; equal treatment of shareholders; Avoidance of conflicts of interest; Promoting diversity in management; responsible corporate management based on the “comply or explain” principle; and clear regulations for cooperation between the supervisory board and management. Systematic risk management identifies, evaluates and controls financial, operational, legal and reputational risks. Risk budgets and tolerance limits are defined; Reports are regularly sent to the management and the supervisory board. Internal controls (ICS) monitor processes and prevent fraud. Internal and external audits (e.g. auditors) confirm the effectiveness of the system. Scenario analyzes and stress tests help to be prepared for unexpected events.
Transparent and timely communication with all stakeholders is an integral part of our governance. We publish quarterly reports on business development, risks and sustainability indicators. Stakeholder dialogues, investor relations events and digital platforms enable the exchange of information and feedback. Employee concerns are addressed via works councils, compliance hotlines and regular surveys.
The SCANDIC GROUP has a code of conduct that applies to all employees and bodies. It sets standards regarding integrity, anti-corruption, data protection, equal treatment, conflicts of interest, gifts & Hospitality and the handling of insider information. Violations will be punished consistently. We promote a corporate culture in which ethical behavior is rewarded and open discussions are possible. Training and whistleblower systems increase awareness of ethical issues.
Sustainability is an integral part of our corporate management. The Supervisory Board monitors the implementation of the ESG strategy and anchors sustainability goals in the compensation systems. We take ecological and social aspects into account when making investment decisions and are committed to complying with international standards such as the UN Global Compact principles. Our sustainability reporting is based on GRI, TCFD and ESRS standards and is externally verified. We are also committed to social projects in the areas of education, culture and environmental protection.
